If you thought you might have tea withdrawals on your Malaysian travels, think again. Whilst the British are no longer stationed here, their presence did not go unnoticed and their influence is evident! In the Cameron Highlands of Pahang is situated the Titiwangsa Range. This is a tea plantation where you can learn about the entire tea cultivation process, followed by a freshly brewed cup of tea with a view of the entire plantation! Don’t worry, there will also be scones!
It isn’t just tea that is cultivated here, the plantation also produces flowers, cacti, vegetables and strawberries. Before you go home, you can pick your own strawberries to take with you!
So why not try a little bit of home in Malaysia? This is sure to be an afternoon tea you will never forget!0
